Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Support Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional IT support to our clients, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of various operating systems and computer management techniques.

Duties

  • Assist customers over the phone with troubleshooting internet connectivity issues.
  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across multiple platforms, including Windows, and macOS.
  • Utilize help desk software to track and manage support tickets.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting, ensuring smooth user experience with various applications.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers to understand their issues and provide timely updates on the resolution process.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Document solutions and create knowledge base articles for recurring issues to streamline future support efforts.

Experience

  • Experience in technical support or IT support roles is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of computer management practices and familiarity with networking concepts.
  • Proficiency in Internet Web browsers and email software applications.
  • Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, and macOS is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users.
